Improve the odor of sewage
The most challenging part of the process
Bad odors from treatment plants can cause complaints in nearby communities and parks. Odors can also make plant workers tired, which can reduce job satisfaction and lower retention rates. Uncontrolled odor problems can cause negative concerns and damage the reputation of a wastewater treatment plant. Not all wastewater treatment odors are the same.
Common lingering odors include rotten eggs, ammonia, garlic or earth odors caused by hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia, sulfur dioxide, fecal odor and mercaptans. Because of the wide range of odors and odor sources, multiple control methods are often required to completely eliminate odors. Each plant has its own unique problem areas, all of which can be solved by improving air quality with Angel's products.

Pollution Control Center Odor
- Hydrogen sulfide odor is a serious problem in wastewater treatment plants.
- Install it on a dirt trap or use a fan system to solve the problem.
- In some cases, air quality can be improved cost-effectively by diluting deodorizer products with recycled water.
Sewage plant odor
High-pressure misting system around and above the sewage tank, with ventilation or downdraft locations can effectively remove odors.

Fermenter
Because the tanks used for activated sludge can be large, odors are free to travel to the immediate area. Angel's Natural Deodorizers can be used with a high pressure spray system to neutralize odors and prevent them from affecting neighbors.
Food Processing Plant
Because the ponds used for activated sludge can be large, odors are free to drift into the neighborhood. Angels can improve air quality by using a high-pressure misting system to neutralize odors and prevent them from affecting neighbors.

How to use
Existing control equipment (e.g., scrubber towers) can be used to apply angel air quality improvement solutions.
In the absence of a current control device system, our team will design system options. Most facilities opt for a high-pressure aerosol system, which brings the angel's deodorant product in the form of a fine mist to the source of the odor and neutralizes & breaks it down on contact.
